We want you to love your Beam pieces, so if you're not completely satisfied with your fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
